This Day in American History

On July 3rd, 1890, Idaho becomes the 43rd US State.

Fun facts about Idaho!

1) It has mountains, lots of them.
2) Some guy named George M. Willing made up the name "Idaho" and convinced congress that it meant "The Sun Comes From The Mountains" in Shoshone, but that was total bullshit.
3) Potatoes, lots of them.
4) Looks like an erect penis.
5) And that's about it.
